Alumni Salaries Data

The Institutional Research Office at CUNY Central has constructed the CUNY Wage Dashboard, which provides information on salaries after one, three, five, and ten years for 307,000 CUNY graduates at every college, program, and degree level. Drawn from the New York State Department of labor database, this site provides reliable information on all graduates employed in New York State, which is estimated to be 80-90% of all our graduates.

Student Debt and First Year Earnings

In the fall of 2019, the Department of Education released enhanced program-level information in its College Scorecard data set. The data presents information on the share of students in each program who borrow, how much they borrow, their estimated monthly debt repayment burden, and median initial year starting salaries for those who borrowed. The data in this file are excellent, with loan information drawn from the National Student Loan database and initial salaries from IRS W-2 and 1040 forms.

Post-Graduate Institution Dashboard (Tableau)

The Post-Graduate Institution Dashboard shows where Queens College baccalaureate graduates in each program attend graduate school, based on data collected for cohorts of QC bachelor’s graduates matched to the National Student Clearinghouse database (Student Tracker System). However, the dashboard is available only to those with a QC Tableau Server license (all department chairs have access). If you do not have access, please speak to your department chair.
